Limited to 50% of permitted occupancy:
Restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops
Beauty shops, salons, and barber shops
Shopping malls and retail stores
Gyms and fitness centers
Casinos, racetracks, and video poker establishments
Restricted gathering sizes:
Indoor gatherings are limited to 25% of permitted occupancy with a maximum of 75 people.
Outdoor gatherings are limited to 25% of permitted occupancy with a maximum of 150 people.
Concert halls will not be allowed to operate during the State's modified Phase Two.
Because Orleans Parish has a test positivity rate that is currently below 5%, bars will continue to be allowed to host indoor seating at 25% of permitted occupancy with a maximum of 50 people. Should the positive rate exceed 5% or should other COVID-19 trends become more critical, bars may be required to close to indoor seating.

City Of New Orleans COVID-19 Rental Assistance Program. Effective July 27, 2020, the City's Office of Community Development will begin taking applications for tenants residing in Orleans Parish who are in imminent danger of being evicted. There is limited funding. All applicants will not be assisted. Funding will only be available for members of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) designated vulnerable populations. Applicants must have experienced a loss of income related to COVID-19 and will likely become homeless within the next 30 days without financial assistance. Potentially eligible households include the following:

Sewerage and Water Board (SWBNO) suspended water service shut-offs on March 12, and will adhere to this policy change for the duration of the Mayor’s Declared Emergency in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Entergy has implemented an Enhanced Customer Assistance Plan that includes flexible options extending time to pay and waiving late fees with payment arrangements. Any residential or commercial customer that is experiencing financial hardship is eligible to take up to six months to pay the current bill and/or unpaid balances. Verizon updated COVID19 Response indicates that you must have contacted them by June 30 to be enrolled in their repayment program. For individuals seeking further assistance, visit https://www.verizon.com/support/residential/announcements/covid-19.
Cox will not terminate service to residences or small businesses that are unable to pay their bills due to disruptions caused by the coronavirus. For those affected, Cox will waive late fees.
